- Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays will be delivered on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM on weekdays will be delivered on the next business day.
- Orders placed on public holidays will be delivered on the first business day after the public holiday.
- Delivery to most areas of the island takes 2-3 business days after shipment.

You can return the item unconditionally within seven days of receiving it. Returns are not accepted after seven days.
Returns must be processed according to the website service provider's (Shopify) standard return procedures. Return shipping costs are borne by the seller (GoPlayer®).
If you request a return, you will no longer be eligible for free shipping on this order , and the shipping cost will be deducted from the return payment. Please ensure the packaging is undamaged and complete, and all accessories are included before returning the item. Refunds are only available via the original payment method; cash refunds or refunds for private transactions are not possible.
