1. Warranty scope

1. Warranty period : GoPlayer golf brand products enjoy a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty content :

  • Manufacturing Defects : The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship arising from the manufacturing process.
  • Functional failure : a functional failure of the product under normal use.
3. Exclusion clauses : Due to the special nature of the following types of products, we only provide them with "specific warranty terms" or "cannot provide warranty services".
    • Golf shoes : Please refer to the " Golf Shoes Warranty Statement "
    • Golf Gloves : Please refer to the " Golf Glove Warranty Statement "
    • Personal hygiene products : Due to the particularity and hygienic requirements of personal hygiene products, the warranty does not apply to such products, including but not limited to socks, sun protection masks, sun protection sleeves, inner wear, etc. Once sold, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Golf TEE : Golf TEE is a consumable item and the warranty does not apply to damage or wear caused by normal use. Warranty or replacement is only available if obvious manufacturing defects are discovered.

      2. Warranty conditions

      1. Warranty application : Valid proof of purchase (such as invoice, purchase receipt, etc.) must be provided. If you only submit a claim statement without the original proof of purchase on the same day, we will unilaterally evaluate and handle it based on the situation.

      2. Normal use : The product must be operated under normal use and maintenance conditions. The warranty does not cover problems caused by improper use, poor maintenance or accidental damage.

      3. Unauthorized repairs or modifications : Products must not undergo unauthorized repairs or modifications, otherwise the warranty will be lost.

      3. Warranty procedures

      1. Apply for warranty : If there is a problem with your product during the warranty period, please apply for warranty through any of the following methods: Provide proof of purchase and describe the problem with the product.

      2. Arrange to return the goods : After receiving your application, we will proactively contact you within 2 working days to arrange for the warranty goods to be returned to the brand warehouse.

      3. Product inspection : After the products to be warranted are delivered to the warehouse, we will arrange professional technicians to inspect the products to determine whether they meet the warranty scope.

      4. Warranty processing : Within two working days after receiving the goods, we will provide the test results and the warranty plan for the goods. If it is determined that the product problem falls within the scope of the warranty, we will choose free repairs, replacement of parts, replacement of new products, replacement of products of equal value, etc. based on the specific situation.

      5. Return of goods : If consumers have no objection to our warranty plan, we will sort out the goods for you as soon as possible. After completion, we will send the goods back to the delivery address you left in the " Warranty Application Form "!

      4. Situations not covered by warranty

      1. Normal wear and aging.
      2. Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.
      3. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
      4. Items purchased from non-authorized golf brand dealers.
