Shipping Policy

We will ship your order as soon as possible. You will receive an email with more information after your order has been shipped. Delivery time will vary depending on your country/region.

Taiwan Main Island

  • Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays will be delivered on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM on weekdays will be delivered on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on public holidays will be delivered on the first business day after the public holiday.
  • Delivery to most areas of the island takes 2-3 business days after shipment.

Overseas regions

  • For delivery times in overseas areas, please inquire via the chat box in the bottom right corner.

You can return the item unconditionally within seven days of receiving it. Returns are not accepted after seven days.

If you request a return, you will no longer be eligible for free shipping on this order , and the shipping cost will be deducted from the return payment. Please ensure the packaging is undamaged and complete, and all accessories are included before returning the item.
