Linkou Golf and Country Club

Perched on the Linkou Plateau in New Taipei City, Linkou Golf Club, since its official establishment in 1967, has not only been a pivotal landmark in the development of golf in Taiwan but also holds a prominent position in Northern Taiwan's golf scene with its expansive 27-hole course layout.

The course was personally designed by Chen Chin-shih, renowned as the "Father of Taiwanese Golf." He masterfully utilized the rich natural landscape and dense forests of the Linkou Plateau to create a well-arranged 27-hole course divided into blue, red, and yellow sections. Each section boasts unique fairway characteristics and challenging paths, ensuring that even with multiple visits, golfers can experience entirely different pleasures of the swing through various combinations.

In terms of technical characteristics, Linkou Golf Club's course design is highly strategic. The dense woods not only provide natural barriers and beautiful green aesthetics for the fairways but also severely test golfers' driving precision and strategic judgment. The undulating fairways, combined with distinct layers of bunkers and water hazards around the greens, make this a premier venue for many professional and amateur tournaments.

As a long-established private membership club, Linkou Golf Club offers comprehensive facilities, including a spacious and elegant members' lounge, a restaurant serving exquisite local cuisine, a professional driving range, and well-appointed changing and showering areas. Both its soft and hard services are maintained to the highest quality standards.

Beyond its competitive nature, its excellent geographical location near Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport and the Linkou metropolitan area makes it a core venue for high-level business socializing, corporate tournaments, and skill exchanges among seasoned golfers in Northern Taiwan. Through consistent course maintenance and rigorous membership management, it has long set the standard for professional and distinguished golf services in Taiwan.
