The product will be returned unconditionally within seven days starting from the first day after receiving it. The calculation starts from the first day after receiving the goods. Returns will not be processed after seven days. For non-product defect issues, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Before returning the product, please ensure that the packaging is not damaged or incomplete and that no accessories are missing. After the seller receives the returned goods and confirms that the goods, accessories and packaging are not artificially damaged, the seller will immediately enter the refund process. Refunds are only available to the original method of payment and cannot be refunded in cash or private transactions.
